When the pandemic forced the restaurant industry to adapt, a local sushi restaurant opened up a poke bowl kiosk in the thriving Rotunda shopping and business center in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore. Working with the owner, bar-height tables were designed to create a casual gathering point for customers with an offset arrangement. The tables are built out of solid cedar and are finished with a completely eco-friendly and food safe oil.
